Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During holidays, orders may experience delays. We ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays.
If invalid information is provided, we will be unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or address information. Your order processing may be delayed an additional 3–5 business days if invalid information is provided.
Note: All shipping addresses are verified through the US Postal Service. If you are unsure of your shipping address, please refer to USPS.com.
Domestic Delivery Time — Standard Shipping
Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected and does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. JellyLean is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of nature.
Once processed, domestic shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your JellyLean package is dispatched.
Refused, Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
In case of refusal of a package, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment method selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund. For any refused products, a refund will not be initiated until the product is received and reviewed by the JellyLean team.
JellyLean is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. In case of delays or any situation with your delivery, please contact us at support@jellylean.com.
Cancel Order
Due to high order volume, orders go directly into our fulfillment center to be processed. If you contact us within 24 hours after purchase, you may be able to cancel your order. If you contact us after 24 hours of purchase, we will not be able to cancel your order. If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address entered by the buyer.
Returns
In order to obtain your full refund, you must return all bottles — empty, full or partially full — to our fulfillment center within 60 days of the date you originally ordered. Please see our full Return Policy for complete details.
